Candles
I had the pleasure of working with Shanae in the holiday period of 2016-2017. She was a terrific person to be around. Her stories of her travels in Colombia and the rest of the world were always fascinating. My terrific experience working with Emerging Voices is largely due to her. The one thing I always admired about Shanae was her toughness and absolute love to travel. I send my deepest sympathies towards her family, but I will always reflect on her spirit and hope to apply it to my own life. Thank you for being such a legend.

Shanae remember in Colombia how we named all the stray dogs around our work site and we named this small one who would always come up to us "lil Rico" translating to "little tasty", we always got a kick out of that! And remember that super tasty bread that Ed would always bring us? We ate that stuff like addicts haha
